§ 01 Definitions

The following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below throughout these Terms & Conditions, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

§ 02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on mlbb77, accessing the platform, or placing any Wager, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and mlbb77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

§ 03 Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on mlbb77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not permitted to hold Accounts.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. mlbb77 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction in line with Indonesian regulatory context. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their Accounts immediately closed and any Balance forfeited.
3. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during use of the platform, or otherwise be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawfully permitted under applicable local law.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are unsure whether you have such capacity, you must seek independent legal advice before registering.
5. You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, whether through mlbb77's own self-exclusion tool or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme.
6. You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when opening an Account or placing Wagers.

§ 04 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on mlbb77, you must complete the Account registration process. By doing so, you warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, a valid email address, and a chosen username and password. You must ensure that this information remains current and accurate at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in suspension or closure of your Account.

4.2 One Account per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on mlbb77. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, mlbb77 reserves the right to close all Accounts associated with the same player and to forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered devices. You must not share your mlbb77 login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify mlbb77's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

mlbb77 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious activity is identified on an Account. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by mlbb77 may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

§ 05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mlbb77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and USDT (Tether, TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• mlbb77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited to your Account in error must be reported to our support team immediately. Any funds knowingly used from an erroneous credit may be reclaimed by mlbb77.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account verified as being held in your own name. mlbb77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• mlbb77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before the relevant portion of your Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

§ 06 Bonuses & Promotions

mlbb77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the applicable promotion page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Balance. The applicable rollover multiplier and game contribution rates are stated on each promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification, hold an Account in good standing, and satisfy any additional eligibility criteria specified on the promotion page (e.g., minimum deposit threshold, qualifying game category).
• One Bonus per Transaction / Household: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be claimed per deposit transaction. One bonus of each type may be claimed per household or shared IP address per promotional period.
• Bonus Abuse: mlbb77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements, coordinated wagering between accounts, and use of automated betting tools. Where bonus abuse is identified, mlbb77 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the offending Account.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the period stated on the promotion page will expire automatically without compensation.
• mlbb77's Discretion: mlbb77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively alter terms already accepted by a Player in respect of an active bonus.

§ 07 Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting products available on mlbb77 are governed by the rules published within the game interface or on the applicable product page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between in-game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the in-game rules shall prevail in respect of that specific product.

• Random Number Generation: All casino games on mlbb77 use a certified, independent RNG to determine outcomes. Game results are generated fairly and are not influenced by any party, including mlbb77.

• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game or system malfunction, mlbb77 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to Players. mlbb77 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a system or game malfunction.
• Disconnection Policy: If a Player is disconnected from a live game mid-round due to a technical failure on the Player's end, the round will be settled according to the final game outcome where determinable. mlbb77 is not liable for losses resulting from Player-side connectivity issues.

§ 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mlbb77 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, any Balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place Wagers or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploiting a glitch are void and will be reclaimed by mlbb77.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated Wager arrangement with other Players for the purpose of extracting guaranteed value from the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity. mlbb77 cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering authorities and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward mlbb77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

§ 09 Responsible Gaming

mlbb77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the wellbeing of all Players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal difficulties, Players are strongly encouraged to use the Responsible Gaming Tools available within their Account settings.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, mlbb77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§ 13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mlbb77 holds its international operating licence, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
